01
WATER
Drinking enough water - around 8 classes a day is essential for healthy, hydrated, radiant skin.
02
DIET
Eating a colourful diet rich in vitamins and micro nutrients - and avoiding too much processed food - is really beneficial for healthy skin.
03
WASHING ITEMS REGULARLY
How often do you wash your pillow cases and make up brushes or sponges? Weekly washing of these will help keep bacteria at bay. Also, disinfect your phone!
04
GOOD SKINCARE
Of course, taking good and regular care of your skin is important. So cleanse 1-2 times a day, exfoliate 2-3 times a week, and moisturise your skin 1-2 times a day.
This list isn't exhaustive. We should really add on sugar under the diet section - sugar can play absolute havoc with our whole body including skin. Smoking too can cause skin to age prematurely. It essentially starves the skin of oxygen, affecting collagen production, increasing likelihood of age spots and can contribute to wrinkles.
