Description
Full of marvellous minerals, our bath salt range will cleanse, soften and soothe skin, thanks to the Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate), Pink Himalayan Salt and Dead Sea Salt.
Known for their uplifting, anxiety-reducing properties, orange, grapefruit and lemon essential oils are blended in to the bath salts to create a joyful, relaxing bath time. Our bath salts are high in magnesium which is important for hundreds of bio-chemical reactions in the body. This can aid sleep, boost mood and support your body going through menopause.
Sweet Orange essential oil is one of our all time favourite essential oils to use. Not only is it antimicrobial and helpful in reducing inflammation, it can also help to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, which is backed up by studies. Citrus essential oils, in general, may have positive effects on mood and anxiety, thanks in part to the limonene it contains. Our Joy Mineral Bath Salts really are a deliciously uplifting addition to your overall skincare routine that will help to elevate your mood and help create that harmony we need.

Instructions
Add approx 25g (4-5 scoops) of these marvellous mineral salts to your hot bath. Breathe in the uplifting combination of orange, grapefruit and lemon organic oils and relax for at least 15 minutes. If baths are not your thing, try using our range of bath salts as a foot soak. Dissolve 4-5 scoops of salts in a bowl of hot / warm water and place your feet in for at least 15 minutes. Sit back and relax.
Follow with your usual skincare routine such as our range of body butters and face creams, or foot and hand balms. Suitable for ages 3+. Keep out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. Handcrafted in Wales. VEGAN.
